Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) reviews the application of residents, land owners, and tenants who apply for a zoning variance in accordance with State statute, and Chester’s zoning regulations. ZBA aims to make the application process and proceedings user-friendly, and welcome’s stakeholder suggestions.
