Citation Review Board 
Minutes of November 5, 2009 


PRESENT: Tom Marsh, First Selectman; Adam Brown, Resident State Trooper; Larry 

DiBernardo, Michael McCulley, Bettie Perreault and Peter Zanardi.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by First Selectman Marsh.

Approval of 10-29-09 Minutes:  On 
motion by 
Mr. 
DiBernardo, 
seconded by 
Mr.McCulley the minutesof the October 29, 2009 meeting were approved on thefollowing vote: INFAVOR: DiBernardo, McCulley,Perreault andZanardi. OPPOSED:  None.
2. 
Requests to review citations: 
The person who had submitted a letter disputing a 
citationfor a violation was not present. The Board receiveddocumentspertaining 
tothe violation cited. 
In the absence of the petitioner,no review was conducted and the applicable fine, penalty, costs and fees becomes due and payable.
  
3. 
Decisions on reviews:There was no review; no decisions were made.
4. 
Other: 
The Board reviewed the proposed schedule of meetings for 
the balance of 2009 and through 2010. On motion by Mr. Zanardi,seconded by Mr. McCulley,theBoard set the schedule fortheCitation Review Board with meetingstobeheld on 
the first Wednesday ofeach month at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Office Building as needed, basedon petitions received. If nonehave beenreceived,the meeting willbecancelled. The motion passed on the following vote: IN FAVOR: DiBernardo,McCulley, Perreault and Zanardi. OPPOSED:  None.
There being no further business to conduct, Mr. Marsh adjourned the meeting at 7:40 P.M.
