PRESENT: Bettie Perreault, Walter Schreiber, Peter Zanardi and 
Chester Officer Todd 
Belcourt. 

The meeting was called to orderat 7:15 P.M.after thosepresent agreed to delay starting the meeting to allow any who had requested reviews to arrive. At 7:15 none ofthem had arrived.

Approval of 03.01.2010 Minutes:

by Mr. Zanardi, 
seconded by 
Ms. 
Perreault, the minutes of the March 1, 2010 specialmeeting were unanimously approved. The vote was: IN FAVOR: Perreault and Zanardi. OPPOSED: None. ABSTAINED: Schreiber. 
2. 
Request to review citations: 
a. 
It was noted thatnone ofthepetitionerswhohadfiledrequests for review were inattendance. Asacourtesy tothesepeople shouldtheyarrive laterthan the scheduled meeting time, Board members had delayed 
the start of the meetinguntil 7:15.

Decisions on reviews:

in the absence of

petitioners, no 
action was taken on the following:

Citation #236 issued to Suzanne M. Sholly.

The applicable fines, penalties, costs and feesbecome due and payable. The 
vote was: IN FAVOR: Perreault, Schreiber and Zanardi. OPPOSED: None.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
