Data Collector, John Olszyk of eQuality Valuation Services LLC, the firm that has been hired to assist the Assessor and the Town of Chester in the completion of the 2023 Revaluation. John will be assisting the Assessor with onsite visits of all residential buildings as well as taking photographs of every building starting March 22, 2023 and lasting throughout the summer.
