Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the First Selectman, Town Hall, 203 Middlesex Avenue, Chester CT 06412, not later than 11:00 AM on April 11, 2008 at which time the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud for the Sewer Extension to Deep River Water Pollution Control Facility project.
Copies of Bidding Documents may be obtained at Fuss and O’Neill and at Chester Town Hall upon payment of $100.00 check for each set of documents made payable to the Town of Chester. Any bidder or non-bidder, upon returning the documents in satisfactory condition within 10 days after the Bid opening will be refunded the payment in full.
